I wish that I could find a lone photo of Solange with a front view of her entire look, but this will do. It seems that Solange changed out of her gorgeous Stéphane Rolland gown to attend or possibly DJ the event at the DKMS after party held at Andaz Wallstreet.

She's wearing a GUCCI fringed leather skirt and the silk-georgette bodysuit from their SS/2012 RTW collection.

Fatima Siad is stunning in this Stéphane Rolland gown for her editorial for Flaunt Magazine. Later today up and coming model/singer/DJ Solange Knowles also wore another Stéphane Rolland gown from his SS/2012 to the 6Th Annual DKMS Linked Against Blood Cancer gala at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.

She may not be a household name to some, but mark my words she will be. Nykhor Paul has posed for several fashion editorials, ad-campaigns and has walked the runways for some of the best designers in the fashion industry. I think it's great to see the diversity of the woman of African descent in print in an industry that still has a long way to go when comes to celebrating the beauty of all women. This Sudanese born stunner is beautiful sight to behold with her own unique beauty and style that's all her own.

Need To Hear:Singer Chila Lynn

Chila Lynn is a 20 year old Cuban singer and pianist, whose music is considered as one of the best of her generation. Chila was a child prodigy having entered the Alejandro Garcia Caturla Elementary School of Music in Havana studying classical piano music for eight years and attending Manuel Saumell school. In 2005 she entered Amadeo Roldan High School, where she won several awards in national piano music competitions. Last year Chila Lynn completed her training at the National Conservatory of Music and Dance at the University of La Sorbonne in Paris.

O Magazine Celebrates The Trailblazing Models of Versailles

My mouth dropped when I flipped through my May issue of O Magazine and saw the caption that said they were honoring some of the models who were on that catwalk in Paris on November 1973 for the "Battle of Versailles" as it's called in fashion circles and is also known as Le 1973 Grand Divertissement à Versailles.

In this issue Pat Cleveland, Bethann Hardison and Alva Chinn are featured in a stunning editorial (The Bold and the Beautiful)complete with historical facts and other photos(mine included)of this historical day. Not only are these three legendary "Super Models" by themselves in this gorgeous editorial, top models Kinée Diouf, Jaunel McKenzie and Shelby Coleman are also featured . Famed photographer Lorenzo Agius captured the beauty and style of each of these women wearing the latest in glamorous looks.

I'm kind of shock that Gail King claims that she never heard of any of these women before she presented them with their Huffington Post's Game Changers award. How did she miss them when they were all over and inside the covers of Essence and Ebony magazines and also featured in VOGUE, Harper's Bazaar, Glamour and Mademoiselle magazines which I'm sure she read during our time frame? Either way, be sure to get your copy if you don't already subscribe to O Magazine so that you can check it out and read their inspiring story. I'm looking forward to the documentary on this historical feat.

Check out Melodie Monrose for one of Canada's hottest stores to hit our shores: Joe Fresh. If you love bargains just as much as I do then Joe Fresh is certainly the store to find them in. The Canadian brand recently opened a 14,000-square-foot flagship store on Fifth Avenue and when we hit NYC this summer, my girls and I will definitely be there. Right now I'm loving their denim trench coat along with their denim tunic and wide leg jeans, which is so my style.

I promised myself on my day off that I would not get online, well I lied once again after I saw these photos of Solange Knowles roll through my Tumblr dashboard. 
Solange has struck another home run in another 'printastic' fashion editorial and this time it's for Complex Magazine. I know Solange loves her prints and I'm sure she can wear anything, but pretty soon the all print editorials will start to get boring so please fashion editors, dress her in some couture and watch her rock it out!
