Skye Edwards Brings Back The Allure Of Morcheeba

I've found a new artist/group and it was love at first listen for me and I can't get her voice out of my head. I've heard of the group Morcheeba before , but I've never bought anything from them until now. They can count me in as a new fan now. Not only is it her music that sounds so beautiful, Skye is also a beautiful woman and there's nothing more beautiful than a woman that projects confidence.

Here's a little info about Skye: Skye Edwards (born 27 May, 1974 as Shirley Klarise Yonavive Edwards) is a British singer-songwriter, born in East London. Her career began in 1994 when she and the Godfrey brothers formed the band Morcheeba, which released five albums with Skye as lead vocalist. Since exiting the band in 2003, Skye has released two solo albums: Mind How You Go in 2006, and Keeping Secrets in 2009.

Edwards decided to shorten her name to Skye by taking the first letter of each of her names and putting them together. She is married to the bass player Steve Gordon and they have three children. Edwards has sung on two charity collaborations, Perfect Day 1997, in aid of Children in Need and Band Aid 20, in 2004, in aid of famine relief in Sudan,

Paul and Ross Godfrey, Skye which make up the group Morcheeba. 

Their new album, Blood Like Lemonade (which will be released on June 14Th according to Amazon.com), from the trio made up of Skye Edwards and the two brothers, Paul and Ross Godfrey, which reintroduces their fans to what they love most about the group since their Big Calm album.
