It's that time of the year again when warm weather means fun times and plenty of outdoor concerts, regional festivals and of course, the NOLA Jazz Fest. The Jazz Fest had another impressive line-up and this year the lovely Esperanza Spalding wowed the audience with her soothing jazz renderings and her iconic beauty. Performances by a stellar list of some of the worlds best included the legendary Bruce Springsteen to Ziggy Marley who simply made their fans forget all about NOLA's tropical heat.

I guess one can say we can see a few of the editorials before the magazines hit the stores or folks mailboxes, but there's nothing like flipping through a magazine or reading it on your technological gadget of choice. I literally screamed when I saw Esperanza's spread in the latest issue of my daughters VOGUE.  Thanks fab daughter for letting me borrow it and snap these photos with my trusted Blackberry. I'm not tearing up my magazines or anyone else's to scan them.
