Akuol De Mabior for Annabelle Magazine-Switzerland

Leave it to Europe for being a trendsetter when it comes to embracing our beauty by not following the trends of American magazines with the celebrity covers. Rising model Akuol de Mabior landed a cover and editorial in the Swiss magazine Annabelle for their take on African inspired fashion featuring looks from Prada and Burberry Prorsum among others.

Two of my favorite looks from CHANEL'S THE LITTLE BLACK JACKET exhibition. I'm loving Akuol De Mabior's look with her beautiful head wrap and Ayo's photo. Their photos are some of the ones being featured in Karl Lagerfeld's new book "The Little Black Jacket: Chanel's Classic Revisited" which comes out this fall and will feature over 100 people wearing the iconic jacket.
