There's nothing like a Saturday where you can kick back and just relax. This made my day once my daughter said that I received a magazine in the mail today.

Whoo hoo! Shala's on the cover of Town&Country magazine and I'm looking forward to reading my issue. I tried to send a photo of the cover through my new Blackberry and it didn't work.

I've been waiting for this editorial ever since I found out about and I must say photographer Tommy Ton captured the beautiful Shala Monroque in the natural beauty that surrounds her homeland, St. Lucia for her editorial titled, Island in the Sun. Stylist Aurora Sansone completed each look with just the right amount of assesories and styling to keep the editorial elegant and simply chic. Shala has an impeccable sense of style that borders on simplicity and luxury without coming off contrived and this editorial speaks volumes. Absolutely stunning!

Ever since I found out Wonderland Magazine fashion editor and blogger favorite, Julia Sarr-Jamois would be featured in the 2012 Spring/Summer advertisement campaign for TIBI, I have been searching almost everyday to find a glimpse of her during the shoot.

Today was my lucky day because stylist Elin Kling of the fabulous blog, Style by Kling  and TIBI PR posted these gorgeous photos of Julia on her blog and on their Twitter page. From what I can see the ad campaign will be amazing and I can't wait to see the finished results!

The Limited is now introducing it's latest foray into the under served plus size or shall I say curvy size clothing for women simply named Eloquii. Eloquii will offer clothing for women in sizes 14W to 24W and maintain the same design aesthetic of the Limited brand.

"The June Ambrose Project" Is A Go!

We've heard the whispers about June Ambrose's impending show, now her show for VH1 will now become a reality. VH1 is teaming up with the reigning queen of celebrity style, June Ambrose. 


Known as much more than simply a stylist, June has been styling and designing wardrobe for some of the biggest names in pop culture for over two decades. Throughout June's career celebrities such as The Dave Matthews Band, Sean Combs, Alicia Keys, Kelly Ripa, Kim Cattrall, Jay-Z, Mary J. Blige and countless others have all sought June's expert advice. "The June Ambrose Project" (working title), a half-hour docu-series, is scheduled to premiere in early 2012. 

In addition to makeovers, viewers will get to see how June juggles her family life, CEO of her celebrity styling house Mode Squad and her burgeoning empire. Adding to June's to-do list is a record label, books and a plethora of assignments ranging from celebrity clients, fashion shows and photoshoots to emergency style interventions. Read more here.
