ONE TO WATCH: Annie Ngasi Ilonzeh

Watch Out World, Here Comes Charlies Newest Angel, Annie N. Ilonzeh!

Annie Ilonzeh, Minka Kelly and Rachael Taylor on the set of the television series “Charlie’s Angels” on March 16, 2011 in Miami Beach, Florida. Former General Hospital star Annie Ilonzeh was also the first actress to be cast for the new Charlie's Angels TV series.





The actress is from Grapevine, TX. also appeared on Melrose Place and other television shows, scored one of the three main roles in the ABC project, from Sony Pictures TV and Drew Barrymore's Flower Films.

The new series, is a remake of the 70s original and is a modern take on the now infamous story of Charlie's Angels, set around three private detectives - Kate, Abby and Marisa - who meet when they are all employed by the same mystery man. I say, this just may be must watch TV. Stay tuned! Congratulations to Annie Ilonzeh for scoring a big win!

A WOMAN YOU SHOULD KNOW: POET CAMILLE RANKINE

I like finding interesting and intriguing people when everyone seems to be caught up in the shenanigans of  celebrities and such. While reading my latest issue of O Magazine, I came across this talented lady, who goes by the name of Camile Rankine and I just had to share a little bit about her with all of you.

Facts: Last fall, Camille was named an emerging talent by American Poet magazine, and is the program coordinator for the Cave Canem Foundation, a national nonprofit devoted to developing African-American poets. Camille Rankine is the author of Slow Dance with Trip Wire, selected by Cornelius Eady for the Poetry Society of America's 2010 New York Chapbook Fellowship.



The recipient of a 2010 "Discovery"/Boston Review Poetry Prize, she is featured as an emerging poet in the fall 2010 issue of American Poet. Her poetry has appeared in American Poet, Boston Review, Denver Quarterly, DIAGRAM and POOL: A Journal of Poetry.



Camille received her BA from Harvard University, and her MFA in Creative Writing from Columbia University. She is Program and Communications Coordinator at Cave Canem Foundation and lives in New York City.

STYLE PROFILE: BBC RADIO PERSONALITY AND STYLIST GEMMA CAIRNEY


BBC Radio Personality and Stylist- Gemma Cairney

Gemma is a fashion stylist and has styled the likes of Brit-nominated Florence and The Machine and The Pigeon Detectives. Gemma Cairney co-hosts the BBC 1Xtra Breakfast Show with Trevor Nelson every weekday.


In May 2010 Trevor and Gemma picked up a Silver Sony award for Best National Breakfast Show, coming second only to Radio 4's Today Programme. She is also BBC Radio 1's fashion expert and is a regular contributor to Jo Whiley's Show, dishing out fashion advice to listeners.



Gemma is also a presenter on the T4 series Frock Me, alongside Alexa Chung and Henry Holland, has presented Channel 4's coverage of the 2010 Snowbombing Festival and was roving reporter for BBC Three's coverage of 1Xtra Live and the BBC's coverage of the 2009 and 2010 Glastonbury Festivals.
